Merv 11 Filters

This filter is the exact size for my furnace leaving no chance for air to go around the filter nor the filter to be dislodged from its position.

I thought I bought a 20 c 25 x 5 but received the wrong size. I immediately contacted the company and within 20 minutes the problem was solved and within three days I had the right size and at no expense to me. I am sure I found the right company to continue buying my filters. I also had no problem putting in the new filter myself at 83. Thank you so much Filyer Buy.

although bearing the same dimensions in fractional inches as the Merv 13 filter I replaced, the Merv 11s I received are larger in all three directions, and required finger-tip force all around for insertion in the carrier. On later orders, I'll need to get something that fits more easily.

No Trion logo

Did you send me Trion or something else? There is no Trion logo on the items. And they are yellow and green, not the traditional white with blue. I've been buying Trion for a long time and they are usually white and blue.
