Even though I was assured by one of your online agents the filter I bought would fit the airbox on my furnace, it is slightly too big to actually fit. So I have paid for a filter which I cannot use.

Thought I was purchasing original Honeywell filters. Disappointed that that is not what I got. Site never said they weren't going to be Honeywell brand.
