Not equal to size of the Honeywell filter FC40R1003

I ordered the filter that my HVAC tech told me to buy. Unfortunately this aftermarket filter was not the new updated size of the actual Honeywell filter and it would not fit. The updated size is now 20x20x3 and that is the size I need. This aftermarket filter is 20x20x5. I suggest the FilterBuy site indicate their filter is a different size from the Honeywell filter so there is no confusion when they use the Honeywell serial number.

The part is slightly too long, I can't close the door that holds the filter in because it puts to much pressure on it to latch
