LG OLED is Unstoppable!

After 5 years of amazing quality and no issues with burn-in we jumped at the chance to add a 77 inch C5 to our collection. The CX was jaw dropping then but somehow LG just keeps getting better and better. Many don't realize that this breakthrough in technology and price was only possible due to the decades of relentless investment by LG into figuring out how to mass produce OLED TVs at an affordable price. Thank you LG for bringing this amazing technology to the world! Once you go LG OLED you are a customer for life!

Great Picture!

The picture quality is incredibly sharp, and the colors really pop in a way that makes movies and games feel more immersive compared to my previous TV. Dark scenes look rich and detailed, and bright scenes are vibrant. The smart features make it easy to use and the display options make it simple to navigate and switch between inputs, etc. It’s a fantastic upgrade.

Great for Gameday!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV was recommended by my brother and I can’t be anymore enthused about the purchase. 77” screen looks like it takes up my whole wall. The OLED screen is so crisp even watching a movie at home is a theatre-like experience. I think the TV is good luck, longhorns and Texans won first time watching on new TV! The only knock I have is the controller you have to aim to toggle around the screen (can makes things a lot easier just requires good aim 🤣)

Fantastic TV

The perfect blacks and infinite contrast are still stunning to see, even if you’re used to the technology. Where the C5 really shines, and where I agree with the expert consensus, is in its brightness and color.
Watching 4K HDR content (especially in Dolby Vision) is a transformative experience. Highlights pop with incredible vibrancy without washing out the rest of the image, and the color volume is outstanding. In my moderately bright living room, the C5's brightness is more than enough to provide a punchy, gorgeous image during the day, which is a huge step up from older OLEDs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG OLED77C5PUA recently, and I’m really impressed. The picture quality is amazing with deep blacks and bright, vibrant colors. Movies and sports look very real, and HDR with Dolby Vision is excellent. The Brightness Booster makes it great even in bright rooms. For gaming, this TV is perfect—smooth performance with 120Hz refresh rate, very low input lag, and features like G-Sync and FreeSync for next-gen consoles. The design is sleek with thin bezels, and it looks premium in the living room. The smart system is easy to use, fast, and supports Alexa, Google Assistant, and AirPlay. Streaming apps work smoothly. The sound is decent and Dolby Atmos adds some depth, but for a true theater feel, you’ll need a soundbar. Overall, the TV has amazing picture quality, great gaming features, and a stylish design. The downsides are the high price, average sound, and no DTS support. If you want one of the best TVs for movies and gaming, this is worth it—just plan for extra audio equipment.
