On my old TV, the Upside Down was just a muddy grey blur, but this screen brought it to life with perfect, inky blacks and terrifying detail. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this TV on Thanksgiving 2025 and As a customer, I can confidently say that the LG OLED TV has exceeded my expectations in terms of picture quality and clarity. From the moment I turned it on, the difference was obvious. The colors look incredibly natural, the blacks are truly deep, and the overall contrast makes everything on screen feel more realistic and engaging.
What impressed me the most is the exceptional clarity. Even when watching high-resolution content or fast-moving scenes, the picture remains sharp and smooth without any noticeable blur. Small details that I never noticed on my previous TV now stand out clearly, making movies, sports, and shows much more enjoyable.

Stunning Picture Quality and super thin

Movies and shows look incredible. The blacks are actually black, colors pop, HDR content just hits different, and it really does give that “cinema” vibe. Brightness is better than my earlier TVs..
The built-in speakers are fine with good sound quality. The webOS interface is clean and fast, and all the streaming apps are right there. AI Picture/Sound modes are cool too—sometimes I leave them on, sometimes I tweak things myself.
It’s super thin and looks slick on the wall. Definitely has that “premium” vibe.

Great TV with very good picture quality and Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered the TV on Nov 23 and was delivered on Dec 1. So, have been using this TV for about 2 weeks now. Love the picture quality and sound. TV sits on a stand in our living room. Colors are vibrant, lifelike, bright, and accurate. The ease of navigating apps and tv functions is also fairly easy to understand. On Xbox, everything feels smooth and responsive, and fast games don’t get blurry. The TV itself looks clean and modern with super thin bezels. All in all a worthy upgrade from my older B series LG OLED. Thanks.

Good viewing experience improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the LG C5 OLED for a bit now, and honestly it’s just a really good TV. It pretty much delivers what you’d expect from an LG OLED.
Picture quality:
The picture is the main reason to buy it. Blacks are actually black, contrast looks great, and colors pop without looking fake. HDR content looks especially nice, and even really dark scenes still have good detail instead of turning into a gray blur.

Gaming:
For gaming, it’s been excellent. HDMI 2.1, low input lag, VRR — all the important stuff is here. On Xbox, everything feels smooth and responsive, and fast games don’t get blurry.

Good picture - bad experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV came and looked great, good picture quality. TV died within 24 hours of being hung on the wall. I noticed a small crack on the top left hand side of the screen and called to ask about it.
The whole process to get it swapped out has been cumbersome and agitating. We're going over a month since my initial order and I just got an E-mail saying it'll be another 3-4 weeks.
