I have had several Epson scanners purchased since 2010. I do like how well they hold up. My only problem with this one is it seems much slower than the previous DS860's we had. I have adjusted everything I can think of but when accessing from a specific software it is extremely slow.

does not seem to be compatible with my brand new Mac - constantly freezing stopping - unable to connect - now what????
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
