This product does not meet expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The colors of the screen are very opaque, it does not have the expected performance in video games. The camera is very inefficient. The only thing that works well is the circle search. The call translator does not work on all calls and in many aspects the s23 is superior.

Samsung Care+ comes in handy for those unfortunate situations in life like leaving your device behind on public transportation, having it stolen, taking an unexpected dip in the neighbor's pool, to dropping it and shattering the screen while bringing in groceries. Plus, having over 700 authorized repair locations to take your device to helps you get back to what you love most in life. Please update your software on your Galaxy S24 Ultra as soon as possible, if you have not already done so. Software updates are like oil changes and tune-ups for your phone - they keep things running smoothly. They also help improve the user interface, enhance security, and remove minor bugs. We recommend updating the software whenever a new version is available so you can make sure your device stays in tip-top shape. After updating to the latest software, make sure to turn off Adaptive color tone. You can do this by: • Settings > Display > Adaptive color tone or • Quick panel > Brightness bar > More options > Adaptive color tone. After turning off adaptive color tone, you will be able to adjust the color setting to tune the display to your liking. Also, be sure to turn off Eye Comfort Shield. Overall pretty good but does have it's weaknesses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To begin the phone over all is actually amazing, it's fast has good service, and the new features are quite cool. But some things like it's tendency to crash, close apps, black screen during calls, and the new message app (which I'd just opinion). I'm loving the camera and all the new Ai features that come with it. Only thing i wished for this phone to be better is, the smart pen having more uses not much can happen with it.

This is a huge step up from the 22 and 23. So glad I decided to continue with my Samsung Galaxy phones, instead of picking a different one.

Solid phone, not many improvements

I feel like technological improvements haven't been as advanced since the S22. Kinda feel like they keep wrapping the same phone in a different box. Still a solid well, built flagship phone.
