The Pinnacle of cell phones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy S24 ultra is the best phone that I have ever used. The AI features included are extremely handy! I use them on a daily basis. Samsung has really knocked it out of the park with this new line and it's hard to even imagine what the next generation will bring because of how perfect this phone is. Battery life is excellent, display is phenomenal, and the cameras take some of the best shots that rival high-end photography equipment.

Not as great as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got it, one of my game apps I use all of the time would crash on me daily. I don't think the camera is as good as I expected either. Now, when I get a pop up to update and app it just spins and I have to actually go into the app store to type it in to find the app in order to up date it.

If you are having issues with any apps freezing or crashing, even after updates, there are a few things you can try to resolve your problem. Clearing the app cache, checking if the app is compatible with your device, rebooting your device, optimizing your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and even checking for additional updates are all things that may help. Take a moment to review, "App is crashing or not working on Samsung phone or tablet" to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your apps. Your Galaxy S24 Ultra’s camera is the first Galaxy smartphone to come equipped with the Quad Tele system. With the Quad Tele system, users can take clearer, crisper photos in the optical zoom range they typically use. Even when shooting in digital zoom ranges, users can get more detailed photos and videos than before thanks to AI Zoom solution, based on the new ProVisual engine. In addition to zoom, the powerful ProVisual engine upgrades high resolution, Nightography and Super HDR photos. Were you aware that your device uses AI throughout many apps? For example, the camera uses AI Zoom to take better zoom photos. Generative Edit uses AI to fill in backgrounds and move, resize or erase objects. Live Translate lets you communicate in other languages over the phone. If you choose to do so, you are able to disable or only allow on-device processing for the AI features. There is also a "master switch" to disable all cloud-based processing for the Galaxy AI features. Settings->Advanced Features->Galaxy AI. The S series just keeps getting better!

Samsung Once Again Destroys the Competition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone is basically fused to my hand 18/24 hours in a day. Be it work, my kids sporting events, or personal use I'm on this phone non stop. The battery is unrivaled, something I didn't think could get better from the amazing Ultra 23 but somehow it is. It's incredibly fast, with a camera that's absolutely stunning. I am in no way a photographer, but I could easily trick people into thinking I was based off of how amazing these photos look with this phone. I haven't played with the AI too much yet but the image search is really cool. All around an absolutely amazing device and well worth it.
