AMAZING except one thing...

I have been a Samsung Galaxy power user for many years and this phone never fails me. It handles my personal use, work, and gaming like a charm! The multitasking capabilities are on point.
There is only one issue... the S24 Ultra display originally shipped with an odd grainy pattern that shows on dark grey colors. This is a known issue and it never seemed to get addressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features on this phone are good, intuitive, and easy to use. There are a lot of predictive features on the phone which come in handy....most of the time. The phone will automatically default to a setting it thinks you will want or benefit from, diverting from your settings. An example of this is the camera. If you are in low light, it will automatically switch to a longer shutter time for low light. Like I said, most of the time this is fine and even beneficial, but i don't always know when there will be a change in my default settings. I am taking off a star because I would prefer a notice or way of accepting a change at the time of it happening rather than having to go back and forth in my settings. Overall this is a Wonderful device. And the Galaxy AI is super helpful.

Flagship phone that can do it all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S24 Ultra’s camera is excellent. The 200MP sensor captures sharp, detailed shots, and the 10x zoom is still best-in-class. It handles low light well, and photos are ready to share without much editing.
Galaxy AI adds real value. I use it to edit photos on the fly and clean up cluttered backgrounds. Live translate is also very useful in my job, and transcription tools make daily tasks faster. It’s not just a feature. It's now part of my routine.
The phone looks and runs like a flagship. But the titanium frame is disappointing. Paint on the sides chipped right out of the box. On a brand-new, high-end phone, that shouldn't happen.

I made the switch and I'm better for it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first phone was your major competitor. I grew up enjoying their phones. As I matured, I realized I wanted an Andriod product. For the last 3 months I've been looking into Andriod. I looked at some smaller Android companies - but decided to go with the King: the S24 Ultra. The Ui is phenomenal. It's smooth, cute but professional, and exciting. The customization is out of this world. This is MY phone, not just some copy paste layout, home screen, or electronic block.
The cameras take high quality photos that allow me to have memories for years to come. The flashlight (an often overlooked part of a phone) is killer. I've blinded myself with it! I love it!
I'm so glad I bit the bullet and bought my S24 Ultra (even if my girlfriend doesn't like it - we can't FaceTime as seamlessly as we used to.)
Thank you for caring about your users Samsung.
ps still learning about the S pen, but I love it. It's not a gimmick. It's helpful for all my little notes, using Spotify and so much more.
