My kids have watches and I seen some of the things they were able to do with it. I've had this for 3 months and now I can't imagine not having it. I wear it everyday.

The watch works together with Samsung Health to analyze lots of health data — sleep, resting heart rate, activity, oxygen levels, etc. From that, it gives you more personalized insights and recommendations.
The Galaxy Watch Ultra is a serious step up for Samsung in terms of ruggedness, sensors, and overall hardware polish. It doesn’t completely revolutionize what a smartwatch can do, but it elevates many aspects nicely. If your priorities are toughness, health/fitness accuracy, and endurance, it’s one of the better Android smartwatch picks right now.
