[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the watch to monitor sleep, activity, stress etc. Currently on a weight loss journey and the watch is an integral part in measuring activity, stress and sleep along the way. Long battery life and accurate measuring is a plus. Love that it is connected with Galaxy AI to make suggestions and insights.

Great for Workouts

I'd usually have to record on my phone like the route and proper distance I walked or jogged. And if I happen to forget to turn on my activity when I start, I just tell my Galaxy AI to turn it on instead of having to stop and navigate to turn it on

Only change would be battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly love my watch! I'm not very tec savvy, but even I could set it up. One of the reasons I got it was to receive text messages from my family while I'm at work without having my phone on me.
It's also great at keeping me on track with my health goals and steps.
The only issue I have is the battery life, unfortunately unlike my previous watches, I find I'm charging it everyday.
