Best smart watch yet.

I still have the first Samsung watch and served me well being a first responder. The ultra is fantastic. The health and physiology of the watch is on the money. Once properly set up. And then you can use it just like a dick Tracy watch. Audio, video, weather app of your choice. I like the fact you can accessorize it with different watch bands and protective covers which i have done. Also great for fidgeting.

Dangerous reliability issues during actual cardiac

As a user who wears a LifeVest (wearable defibrillator), I have a unique "perfect test environment" for this EKG feature. Over the last three weeks, I experienced eight verified cardiac alerts from my LifeVest. Each time, I attempted to use the Samsung Watch Ultra EKG to capture the data. It failed 100% of the time.
During an actual event, the 30-second countdown would repeatedly reset once it reached the 19-second mark, making it impossible to get a reading. Incredibly, as soon as my heart rhythm returned to normal, the watch would finally complete the 30-second scan. This feature is unreliable when it matters most and should not be advertised as a health tool if it cannot function during a symptomatic event.
