I bought this over 6 months ago and used it several times. I love that I don't have to freeze the bowl to make ice cream. It's ready when you are and you can clean the bowl and beater and do it again right away. I found it works best with custard ice cream. I have several ice cream makers and this is my favorite.

I have made ice cream for decades, but stopped because it was so difficult to get a smooth consistency using the old ice and salt technique. Speed is of the essence in making ice cream. This unit does a perfect job and is so easy to use.

We have had this for 3 months now and we love it. We use it for making ice cream and yogurt. We often forget the yogurt after putting it in there and the best part is that after the yogurt is set, the machine keeps it cool even overnight and the yogurt is perfect each time!! Great investment!!

my wife use to make the ice cream all the time. she would freeze ice cubes, start the noisy ice cream machine and shut the bathroom door so we could hear each other talk. now we have"Whynter". thanks, you have made our life so much more quieter. and we have ice cream more than we use to. so easy to make now.
