The design haa taken progressed backwards. The screen size is smaller than a S20 note and does not have edge to edge display. The always on displays is very limited it does not have adjustable brightness. The 24 ultra also does not have a SD slot for additional storage. Samsung use to be a number 1 choice for customers to go to, but now the innovation lacks design and can not compete. This will be mt last samsung product
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We value your honest feedback and are committed to providing the best products and services to our customers. We noticed that you recently shared your thoughts on the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The Galaxy S24 Ultra is an upgraded version of the Note, featuring the new and improved Galaxy AI experience. It allows you to overcome language barriers with Live Translate, capture more details in low-light conditions with Nightography Zoom, and utilize the Circle to Search feature with Google for an enhanced search experience. The S24 Ultra camera boasts significant improvements, including a 200MP main camera lens (compared to 12MP on the Note20), 4x optical-level zoom options (compared to 1x), and an enhanced Space Zoom that magnifies images up to 100x (compared to 30x). Additionally, it retains the large 6.8” display and includes an embedded S Pen for note-taking. Experience the most advanced Galaxy yet and take your productivity to the next level. When I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, I had high expectations. After all, buying the latest and most updated phone should offer a significant improvement over models from 2019, right? Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite.
I first noticed something off when I compared the camera quality. I still own my old Galaxy S10+, and to my surprise, the S10+ outperformed the S24 Ultra in both the front and rear cameras! The photos on the S24 Ultra lacked clarity, and the colors felt off, especially when compared side by side.
Then there was the screen resolution. The display seemed darker than expected, making the experience less enjoyable, particularly in low-light environments. Things got even worse when I compared it to my previous Galaxy S23 Ultra, which was made in Korea. The color differences were striking—on the S23, colors looked vibrant and true-to-life, but on the S24 Ultra, which was made in Vietnam, they appeared dull and muted.
I’m not sure if the difference in manufacturing location had an impact, but it’s worth mentioning. All in all, I was left disappointed and frustrated. I had expected a leap forward, not a step back. I regret this purchase deeply and have decided to return the phone.

Thanks for reaching out, Ahmad. We really appreciate you sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The Galaxy S24 Ultra features an upgraded processor, with NPU performance improved by 41%, GPU by 30%, and CPU by 20% compared to the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Its Vapor Chamber is 92% larger than its predecessor, allowing for improved heat dissipation. The phone boasts the brightest adaptive display on a Galaxy yet, with a brightness of 2600 nits. Additionally, the screen is less reflective than that of the Galaxy S23 Ultra, thanks to Corning Gorilla Armor. Finally, the Galaxy S24 Ultra comes equipped with a 200MP Wide-angle Camera featuring the ProVisual engine for AI enhancement. We’re hate to hear that your Galaxy S24 Ultra didn’t meet your expectations, especially compared to your previous devices. While software updates can enhance performance, we recommend trying out Pro Mode in the camera settings. This feature allows for advanced adjustments like ISO, shutter speed, and white balance, giving you greater control over your photos' clarity and color accuracy. You can fine-tune the camera to get the sharpness and vibrancy you're looking for, especially in challenging lighting conditions. Additionally, the Display settings allow you to adjust Vivid Mode and Natural to get more vibrant and natural-looking colors on your screen. These features can help improve the viewing experience, especially in low-light environments.
