[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this phone for about 2 months now. I find it is great phone, smooth operation . Fast processing. All in all an easy phone to use. The camera takes amazing photos my only wish for the camera is a steady shot whilst on 100x zoom. The AI features are great too. I can understand customer support operators now too.😁

The Galaxy S24 Ultra has received some criticism for issues such as Bixby's poor voice recognition, underwhelming battery life, occasional software bugs, a high price that feels unjustified by minimal upgrades, and limited customization in One UI. These drawbacks diminish its appeal as a flagship device.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing camera, long battery life

It does everything need

I was skeptical about Galaxy AI but it's helped me respond to texts when I had no clue what to say.
I really love it. My only issue is the sPen and Netflix. The pen is great if you want to write a note quickly, but to use it to navigate the phone is frustrating because it doesn't go exactly where you want it.
Netflix doesn't play any videos. I tried everything. Even factory resetting and it didn't work. I haven't seen a lot of people with this issue but I keep reporting it and I guess it will never be fixed.
Other than those 2 issues it does everything I need.
