Product is great with some exceptions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great phone with some exceptions. My s24 Ultra and my ultra watch seem to disagree with each other once every 3 months and I have to reinstall the watch. Not sure which device is to blame. Samsung does a good job but does have conflicts with Google. I came from the Pixel and want to keep some things google based but it doesn't work with some of the Samsung environment. Password management is one of those things. I want to keep all my passwords in Google for now. Camera is great and battery life is more than enough. Great phone.

I ipgrade from the S22u to the S24u. It was a much faster phone. Great design and better features. Ive had 5 Samsung phones and dont see that changing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best phone I've ever owned. It is the reason why my wife is getting the S25 Ultra!
The best things are the features:
1. The AI feature allows for automatic translation of incoming calls and texts. I can isolate silouettes within photos to edit or enhance them.
2. The operating system works seamlessly across apps without any lapses in performance. No more restarting the device to improve performance. Can cast video to other devices and continue to work privately on your phone at the same time.
3. The improved menu helps in quickley managing the phone settings.
4. The virtual SIM comes in handy when trying to maintain service with any provider.
The recommend the Galaxy S series phones to anyone.
