Favorite part: Versatility!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AI is useful for a bunch of little details if I can't seem to find words for a text and helps with customer interaction at work.
I also love having the option of the S Pen whenever I take a note, do some art, or maybe even need a quick action for music!
The fact that my phone can handle gaming and business (most times, at the same time) is a beautiful opportunity for the workaholics and gamers out there, especially if you've got both in you!
Finally, the big screen is a big plus for me! (or should I say an Ultra?) The more I can see, the more I can do, and that's perfect for a busy day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Samsung phones for years now and even had the S23 Ultra, but with the AI implementation and the updated software, the S24 Ultra feels like a completely new phone.
The AI is baked well into the software and is very practical for everyday use and the animations and smoothness of the phone really stands out.
I have been very satisfied with my device and has been my favorite in years

Amazing powerful device!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone does everything I was expecting and so much more. Packed with tons of features, and extremely impressive camera. The Samsung AI is quite useful. Circling a photo in order to search makes finding things a lot of fun. Able to play top of the line games without lag or frame rate loss. All in all it's a complete beast of a phone.

The S24 Ultra Is Pure Magic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll admit it, I bought the the Galaxy S24 Ultra largely due to the new AI features. It's easy to lose yourself when customizing the device, I've spent hours making the S24 Ultra exactly what I want from a phone.
So, I chose the Violet color, and boy howdy does it look and feel premium. The titanium frame is absolutely gorgeous. The phone is everything you could want from any device. It's hard to see how Samsung could best itself in the next upgrade.
Incidentally, I also bought the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, and the two devices compliment one another brilliantly.
How's the battery life you ask? Wonderful. I really do love this phone!

Everything great, but not ergonomic enough

However, the phone's biggest drawback is its size. It's simply too large and unwieldy for comfortable extended use.
While a big screen can be beneficial for certain tasks like gaming or watching videos, many everyday phone uses don't require such a massive display. If Samsung could reduce the size of the S24 Ultra while maintaining its excellent features, it would be an almost perfect phone. As it stands, those who prioritize comfort and one-handed use might be better suited with a smaller device.
