When i received the phone it appeared to be brand new but the phone had several emails saved in Samsung Pass that did not belongs to me, it seems that they forgot to delete them that why i think the phone was refurbished not brand new.

It feels just like Samsung's old Note only bigger

The S24 Ultra has a much larger feel to it than the S22 Ultra which is taking some getting used to. The screen is not as sensative as my S22 Ultra was with a magsafe 360° case on which is a little disappointing. Some of the settings were moved. I had to research where to find them. Some apps just won't work like they used to. I do like the fact that Samsung did away with the curved screen. It's nice and flat like the old Note phones were. That is what this phone feels like except bigger. If you miss Samsung's old Note phone, you'll be very happy with this one.

it's a solid, extremely good quality phone. Photos are amazing, all my friends and family think I'm the designated photographer haha it have room for improvement here and there, just a few details but is a great camera. It feels fast and responsive... I don't feel the difference from mi s23 ultra but I think with the trade-in it was a good deal and I switch every year. Smart switch app is good but sometimes it misses some important configurations but nothing big, u can notice they're still improving the app and is not like previous years. Overall is a 9 out of 10.
