Great, big phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new samsung s24 ultra with Galaxy AI. It's very fast and seamless to use with various other samsung devices that I use.
I use this phone for work and the s pen is incredibly useful for my day to day.
The only downsize is the weight of this device. I started having a pain in my wrist after 5 months of usage. My pain has now become chronic and I'm evaluating if its the right size phone for my usage.

The ultimate S24

The pictures are are so much clearer than the older model s20. I love the feel of this phone and like idea of having a stilus where I can't click of things with my fingers. I really like style of this phone.

Plus, now we have Galaxy AI. Combine that with the awesome usefulness of the SPen and you have the perfect device for personal and professional use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. I am extremely pleased with the Galaxy 24 Ultra. I still love the camera and definitely love the new titanium shell. I will always stick with Samsung. They never let me down.

I get that critical updates need to be immediate but with the amount of updates I've had lately I hope the aren't all critical. The camera is amazing for both stills and video and I have found this phone easy to navigate.

I initially thought the new Galaxy AI features were going to be ignored, but I have to say, they are not intrusive and really do save you time with the option to process data on your device instead of on a server somewhere. Also, the anti-reflective coating on this screen is absolutely perfect.
