A complete device!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the galaxy s20 ultra, s22 ultra, and now the s24 ultra. This device just checks all the boxes. There are a ton on features that fit into your life without having to think about it.
A couple of the new features have to do with Galaxy AI , such as the ability to slow motion any video and the transcription of voice notes. They just work!

I upgraded from a Galaxy S22 and hove no regrets. Camera function is great and enhancements with Galaxy AI make editing so easy. Really have no issues that need to be addressed. Thanks Samsung.

The camera setup is top-notch, and the “Galaxy AI” feature is a game-changer. It really makes a difference in capturing those perfect shots, especially in tricky lighting conditions. It feels like the phone just gets what you’re trying to shoot and makes it look great without much fuss.

Awesome Galaxy S24 Ultra

On occasion I have experienced the UI freeze and am unable to select any icons on the main screen. Turning the screen on and off seems to resolve it but it isn't ideal.

A lot of promise but not completely fulfilled

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy S24 Ultra is a handsome looking phone that does everything you expect it to like taking amazing pictures with the best zoom possible, zips around from app to app and survives without a charge longer than any phone out there.
But remember it's promising Galaxy AI for your money and that's where I'm not sure it's living up to it's full potential. Sure the AI tools are pretty fancy but will you use them a lot after 5 days, most likely not.
I went from the Z Flip 5 to this because the Flip had extremely poor battery performance (it would heat up a lot and often, so much that you couldn't charge it until you put it in the fridge to cool down). The S24 Ultra shines with heavy usage.
One of Samsung's most underappreciated features is Knox and I use my phone for both personal and work where this feature comes extremely handy - compartmentalizing the two.
Most people buy an expensive phone for the camera and that's why this gets 4 stars (takes amazing pictures) and you won't have to upgrade for a while.
It's not the perfect phone but it's great at everything else other than gimmicky AI.
