I love my phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra that I've owned foe a couple of years. I normally trade them in for the newer model, but with this phone I couldn't. The newer models I'm sure are probably better, but this one is my old faithful. It does everything that I could want it to do. I'm still finding new things that it does that I was unaware of. I absolutely love using the Galaxy AI, it's very smart and interesting. This phone has been dropped, kicked, soaked in water, left in the freezer (don't ask), you name it, and it is still, 2 years later, running like a champ! I've never owned a phone as reliable as this one. I honestly can't see myself vering away from a Samsung Galaxy. Not even if the other phone was free. I will always be a loyal customer. Thank you Samsung! P

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is shaving, great pictures, great call quality, amazing video and the new Galaxy AI features make the phone more productive and useful than ever. The S Pen remote features and air control work amazingly well and are very useful. I love my S24 Ultra and I would highly recommend this phone to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy AI features are excellent it runs very smoothly. There has only been very minor issues but I believe all phones have them. One thing that is a big negative is the price for the higher storage is a little high besides that this is an amazing phone.

I expected more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Galaxy AI elements, especially circle to search and photo editing elements. The device is solidly built and the cameras are great. Overall performance is where I am left disappointed. This device is buggy and prone to random screen openings when in my pocket. Ten random video clips when walking on the beach in Maui. Also opening one app did guarantee that app opening. So actual usability is where I give this phone a low grade. Also, battery life ain't so great unless you turn a number of things off. Phone in airplane mode at takeoff was 100%. 5 hours later when landing it was 38%. Didn't use it for anything during the flight. For the money, I expected more from this device. It doesn't seem to be improving with the system updates either.

Great performance & AI
