I Love it a lot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been liking the galaxy AI mostly for languages. I am constantly trying to learn and speak new languages. The way different languages have been integrated in this phone has been pretty interesting. Even the keyboard impresses me because some languages that weren't included in any kind of phone software before are now included and I use them !
I specifically like the s24 ultra for the pen. I use it to study and read and write notes while I'm doing that. It lessens the need for me to use my tablet; Which is what I want. It's a really smooth phone and it's loud! The speakers are so good. Like i can't even put it all the way up sometimes because people think its too loud. I didn't think I would use an android phone again but it's really suiting all of my needs.

I was a avid note user and had the note 20 ultra for years do to that line being discontinued but when I was introduced to the s24 ultra I new I had to have it. They have the best cameras ive ever used. Also I love the color I got it's a deep purple color wich is great.

Has major flaws.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had problems with the fingerprint scanner from day one. I started out loving the phone but as time went on I began to dislike it. I can not use glass screen protectors because the fingerprint scanner doesn't work at all. I switched to the film type screen protector and it works but only a quarter of the time. I also use facial recognition and that worked good for a while but has started not to work either. The phone glitches when sending messages as if the screen blinks or something. To be completely honest about this phone, I wish I had never traded my Fold 4 in to get it. Because of this phone I am willing to drop this brand and go with another brand completely.
