[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S24 Ultra has been an amazing phone! It has been able to be adapted to my work use which is dealing with electrical, electronics, networking, and hydraulics. The use of the photo editing and note taking makes capturing data and adding info for my coworkers to also see is wonderful! Android also is a must for me to get much more compatability with the old technology I work with. So I went with Samsung this go around since they have good quality hardware for Android. The UI gets clunky at times, but most of the time it is smooth sailing. I do hate having unrelated system services running in the background for the current tasks at hand. It makes me clear the RAM constantly. It makes me turn off background processes when I want a smoother, higher-quality experience. I have not used the Galaxy AI. I'm most likely going to keep it that way.

Excellent phone and camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this phone for everything. Taking photos of family events, keeping track of fitness goals, taking notes in meetings, listening to music and playing the occasional game.
I use the pen for both taking notes as well as taking pictures. I have used the Galaxy AI by circling items on the screen for lookup on the web.
I have taken some really cool photos of the moon with the super zoom.

Great phone poor battery and cooling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is great but with a some things need to be improved. The phone doesnt have very good battery. Using high refresh and display juice out your battery faster which takes away of using a phone with such performance. I don't know why most of the heating usually happens when I use messenger and during calls. This also generally happens when using phones camera.
Well the GALAXY AI marketed as the next big thing for galaxy s24 ultra feature seems to be nothing impressive to me . The ai is yet to be the best. Editing also seems to be mediocre. The ai generative are usually not that impressive.
One thing I wished galaxy device had was a hidden app or even a lock feature for Mt device.

I Love the fact the S24 Ultra had the feature of Galaxy AI being able to circle anything you want in order to find what you are looking for, though I do keep forgetting to use it all the time. I am still finding the amazing things you are able to do little by little. I Love Samsung Products and it's my preferred brand for just about anything.

The camera is incredible and takes pictures that are crystal clear and look better than real life! I love the zoom it's so handy to have a telescope in your pocket! And the new Galaxy AI features are a game changer especially when editing photos!
