Phone lags after about 10 months of use

However, after 10 months of normal use, I started experiencing some lagging. When I swich applications, it whatever app I'm switching to gets laggy. I'm constantly cleaning memory and storage with the device care function, but still the same thing.

This has been a huge help while at work. This has been my favorite galaxy so far. It integrates so well with my Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 and Galaxy Buds FE.
