Over Image Processing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a photographer/artist and got this phone specifically for the camera and editing. Overall it's a good phone, video quality is amazing and only reason I've kept it. Photos however, are extremely over processed and your not able to turn the Galaxy AI image processing off, only down. The higher resolution images are unusable, you can take what looks like the perfect image and then ten seconds later it "process" into an over edited altered image. When you click the button to take a picture, the picture you get should look THE SAME. This is a huge huge problem. Using the lowest resolution camera setting and lowest AI setting is the only way I can get decent-ish images. Such a waste. Samsung you need to FIX this!

Great addition but a bit of the same as before

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the S22 ultra which was my first Samsung phone, the S24 ultra seems to be a bit of the same. The slight change in design doesn't really make much of a difference although the curved screen was very vulnerable to breaking so I am glad that that's no longer the case. The battery life isn't bad but again seems to be a little bit lacking, can easily last you the day without a lot of heavy usage though. Overall pretty happy with the phone but I wouldn't consider it a major upgrade on the prior two variants (S22 and S23 ultras). The size is on the bigger side which makes one handed use hard but that's expected with the ultra series. Would be great if we could have a slightly smaller size with the built in S pen. Galaxy AI was a new thing which I kind of like. The circle to search feature is probably the most game changing thing here and can usually identify most things.

The Samsung S24 Ultra is the best device !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device is fast in every function that I use and the AI is very cool down to letting me know on my lock screen what the weather is doing when I'm in a space without windows. The S pen runs smoothly and in real time. There are no delays. The camera feature is easy to manipulate if you're an amateur or a professional. Rarely, even in remote areas, the battery lasts and reception seems stable.
I did run into a little issue with the camera a few days ago. I was shooting hundreds of pictures and, after a while, the camera began crashing. I'm certain the phone overheated, because I was really pushing the limits of the device. I've had this phone for about a year, and this is the very first time that I experienced this.
It's difficult to imagine any improvements that Samsung could do to the upcoming S 25 Ultra, with the exception of advancing AI features further, but I am looking forward to seeing it.
