Just got my new XP16000iHT last eek and from initial testing it runs far quieter and smoother than my previous Genmax inverter.

Easy to set up and use. The controls are intuitive, and while this generator is heavy, the handles and wheels make it reasonable to maneuver. I have no complaints and it works every time with NG.

We love our DuroMax 16,000 W inverter!

We purchased our DuroMax 16,000 watt Inverter a little over a year ago and it’s worked flawlessly!
We like the flexibility of a large portable generator to run our house opposed to a fixed outdoor generator. We keep our generator in our climate controlled garage. I highly recommend all DuroMax products!

The generator failed but Duromax never does

I bought the huge inverter because i have to 50amp food trailers that i wanted to power up. It worked great for a couple events, then died. I had a huge event coming up and needed the generator badly. It was Monday and needed it for the weekend. I called customer service and they immediately had a technician to me that morning. He identified the problem and had it fixed within minutes. This event reminded me why i chose to invest in Duromax. It was the people behind the company. The service is impeccable and that means the world to me. Thank you.
