Great generator, great company

I had to deal directly with the sales department because the generator was being paid for by a grant. Jesse was extremely friendly and helpful and responding to me emails very quickly, even on the weekend. I don't normally leave reviews but I was genuinely impressed with the experience of working with this company. Also, the generator seems to be very high quality and runs great. Easy to use and came with very good instructions. Highly recommend.

Bought a 13000 end of 2025 and liked it so much bought a 16000 larger one for a home back up. Now thinking about buyer a small invertor.

I've only had it for a month, and so far, I'm very impressed. It's massive, but easy to move around. Well built and reasonable price. Would've liked it to come with break-in oil, but other than that, I have no complaints.

I was able to purchase this during a sale period which was great. Also, I will have it available over the next few days with this crazy winter storm that is approaching, hopefully I won't need it. Some of the reviews call it a beast due to size and power, both are true. Works great and has the ability to run our entire house. The size issue is not an issue as it has two sets of handles for moving it around as required. It is very quiet as well and if you use the idle function it is even quieter. My neighbors have whole house generators from various companies that are louder. I can hear their generators during their weekly runs inside my house and can barely hear this one running.
