New XP16000iHT has issues

Went through the break in procedure. Changed the oil and filter and upon trying to restart I did not get any power to the control panel, only when the trickle charger was plugged in. Battery tested fine. Battery terminals were tight. Reconnected battery terminals and the power to the control panel returned. Seems the connection was lost. How that happens on tight terminals is beyond me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have yet to use it an emergency as I just got it, but I did hook it up to propane and now I have it connected to natural gas and was able power my entire 2000 sq ft house, I do have all led lighting and gas appliances.

Inverter arrived in good condition. Filled with oil and connectedgas line and extensions. Started right up and ran good. Provided power to all I connected.
