Replaced our XP13000EH, because we installed some split air units, and my wife works at home on a computer and we were concerned about the THD. We love this thing. This is our third duromax in 3 years. We also purchased a XP11000IH for our guest house, unfortunately it had a problem. Called customer support they asked us to check a few things, they then said they wound send a carrier to get it same day and shipped out a new one. Customer support was always easily accessible and very polite. Some reviews saying theirs no support is BS, they’re just KARENS! the inverter generators are far quieter and more fuel efficient then conventional ones are. I would highly recommend a purchase, just for the support alone. Having an expensive broken generator would be extremely stressful, they removed all that stress, and remember when it’s out of warranty, there’s help and parts available by phone, not texts to and from china. I think that says it all!

Has the power and quiet I need

I bought this several days ago there are things I really like,the power, the dual fuel. For the weight 370 pounds it moves surprizing well. I love the generator Inverter.
Things I am not so pleased with there is no lifting point so I can place it on my truck. My old generator weighing slightly less had a single point lifting hook spot on the center of gravity built into the frame over the gas tank. No muss, no fuss just hook on and go.
There is no listing of consumables I found the spark lug and oil , but nowhere is the relacement Air filter, or oil filter model mentioned I'll need that in 8 hours of run time as when I change the oil after break-in I will want to change the filter too. The maintenance chart should include these items on the chart. Thanks. I look forward to many years of use with the generator.

Still breaking in

I t was just delivered yesterday. It was well packed and arrived with no visible damage. I added break-in oil, connected the battery and propane. I reinstalled the side panels and pushed the start button on the key fob. It cranked for a while, purging the air in the propane line, then stopped cranking. Several seconds later, it automatically cranked again and starting running smoothly and quietly. I only have one hour on it with no load, and will continue to break it in with several cycles, allowing it to cool to ambient temperature between them.
I'm impressed with how easy the setup was and how well it ran right out of yhe box.
A couple of observations/suggestions for Duromax:
1. The side covers should be mistake proof so they can't be installed on opposite sides. This would be really easy
to do.
2. It would be nice to be able to check the oil level without removing a sidec cover.

Minor nits, but they would be nice improvements.
Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and hope that this beast of a generator proves yo be reliable after a careful break-in.
