Bought for work and works great. Easy to set up and dual fuel is great. Easy to switch between the two. Tons of power and super quiet.

I have had this product for a few years and found it reliable, quiet and it does the job. In most respects. The location of the air filter makes it almost impossible to change and the handle broke in the first month. Duromax did send me a new handle. I think that in the event of a startup battery failure the pull chord would be next to impossible to use. And attempted to help with the air filter issue.

Amazing Generator

I just received my new XP16000iH generator yesterday and unpacked it, added oil and fired it up on propane. This thing is quiet compared to my old Westinghouse Igen9500df. This thing is a beast, it's a lot larger then my old generator but it's also an Invertor and has much more power, it will power my whole house with ease. I already love it but I knew I would based on my research before I purchased it.

Massive but worth every penny.

Please don't repeat my mistake. I purchased this generator and opted for store pickup. When I arrived at the store, they had to use a forklift to load it into the back of my Ford F-250. Once we got home, it took four people to unload it.
However, you do get what you pay for—a portable generator that produces clean energy for your entire home.
WARNING: If you own a larger home, I recommend getting a second unit along with a parallel link accessory. This will allow you to run two generators simultaneously and produce more wattage to meet your home's electrical demands.

Generator for Home Backup Power

I purchased this generator in November 2024. My power has gone out about four or five times since then. It powers everything in my home (2000 sft) with no problem. I am very satisfied with this purchase. I wish they made some type of covering specifically for this generator in case of bad weather.
