Looking for whole house power This is it!

Bought for the invertor and high output, thought I would get a few things to run which would be good. Used electrician to put in 50 amp plug and the lock out plate with breaker. Started up nice and quiet and smooth started turning on breakers and appliance using 8 kw with EVERYTHING turned on. 3 ton A/C central ai,r 2 ton package unit, well pump, 50 gallon hot water heater, televisions, lights, fridge/freezer, washer dryer, sump pump the whole house and it runs on low idle with few surges for the hot water heater. Best thing I bought since I paced my crush and run driveway. The unit is packaged well, great directions, quality built. Only thing I would ask a switch for disconnecting the neutral bond, had to do the video but got it worked out with little problem.

Great home generator

Powered my entire 3,300-sq-ft home—including two A/C units—off a single 100-lb propane tank without breaking a sweat. It ran smoothly and was very quiet. Worth every dollar.

This is one heck of a generator

Just arrived and I am a little surprised at how well built this appears to be. Hoping I don't need it, but when the hurricanes come, it will be great to have such a powerful machine to keep us cool here in Florida. Fired right up and is very quiet. Full flow oil, oil filter and twin cylinder were just a few of the reasons we selected this, oh and it puts out a full 59 amps of power, so will run most everything we need during a storm. A couple of issues out of the gate, but I am hopeful they can be resolved. they sent a quick connect for the propane connection, but it doesn't match the flare fitting on the machine. also, the fuel tank is crushed, not sure if that was the shipper of the packer, but the crate was undamaged.

Awesome Generator

This is my second Duromax; I had purchased the 13000 a couple of years ago. It's a great generator; it ran the whole house without any issues. It ran my 3-ton AC, the lights, and the refrigerators. I wanted something a little stronger. I bought the 16000; it's a little expensive, but it's a great investment. Started on the first crank and ran for eight hours during the first outage. I ran all the same appliances and the central air with zero problems.

Great generator

Glad I purchased it. Have used it. Very easy to setup and do maintenance. Only wish was, if I could have waited, a tri-fuel would have been my first choice. If there is a straight forward way to convert the dual to tri it would make these generator that much better. Have 4 wheels is great. Solid brakes.
