The single most important check on a generator is checking oil level. Duromax made it so complicated to get your hand in compartment, around and over thick electric cables, on your knees, and still cannot get to oil dipstick. I am trying to add oil to it for the first time. I had to use an automotive hose pliers specialized tool to even get close to the dipstick. Poor design and engineering. That's my biggest complaint which is valid and will be a problem everytime I check oil. Once I got oil filled, started right up. I appreciate the easy to follow manual.

Used this generator for 2 weeks straight running the entire house except for a few things. Very pleased with this product, it was even strong enough to run my smaller AC 2.0 ton unit to keep us cool.

Bought this generator to replace a Honda EU6500 generator, was getting a little older and I needed a more power to run my whole house. The unpackimg and power up process was clear and understandable, every functioned flawlessly, very quiet when operating.

A generator you can truly trust this is my second purchase, I usually upgrade for Power and had a features. This is a real beast I. Have 2 for the purpose of running in parallel.

I have done the break in and changed the oil. It has been easy to do. I liked that it was assembled right out of the. This is a great generator and am showing it to all my friends and they are thinking of getting one also
