I absolutely love these pumps. They are easy to wear and get stuff done while pumping!
My only complaint is it seems the pump dulls out after awhile. I started out with the s12 pump and after 2 weeks of using them, one of the pumps started to dull out. It still suctioned but not as strong and the pump sounded completely different. I contacted customer support and they sent me a new set of pumps (the s12 pro). These were amazing and worked better than the s12. I have been using these for about 2 months and one of the pumps has dulled out again. It is so bizarre how this keeps happening. They are fully charged and cleaned and they still make this weak suction and a different sound. It is disappointing that this keeps happening because I have been so happy with these pumps!!

A really effective breast pump which is easy to use. My only issue with it is that it comes with one size of flange and it’s a case that one size does not fit all. Unfortunately with my first use I managed to make myself bleed by a. Using the standard flange that it comes with and b. Whacking it straight up to level 9! The latter is user error and I have realised that this is a pump with good suction which works well for me at a lower level. I will have to purchase a smaller flange and I hope this solves the former issue.

These are pretty comfortable, suction is really don't strong for me i use level 1 and I still get great output. I get almost exactly what I put out when I use my spectra 2! I like the silicone flanges and they are very easy to clean, only a few parts..I love them!

I bought the item at the end of May 2023. First couple times I used it was phenomenal. I love it so much, but I had to deduct a star because one of the motor pump is not as powerful as the other motor pump. I bought the double pump, but I can definitely say one of the motor pump had defect. I had to charge it more frequent than the other one. Other than that it’s a good pump to have. It’s so convenient. I like the freedom of being able to pump and not being stuck on one corner of the charging table.
