I bought the double s12 when I found out I was pregnant, after using the s12 for 2 weeks the motor went out, I did some research and saw that this seems to be a continuing issue with these pumps. I contacting the support team and they offered me one s12 pro to replace one of the s12s that stopped working. I asked if instead of we could do a product credit towards a different type of pump (I would pay the remaining difference) since I saw all the bad reviews on the s12 and s12 pro plus I didn't want to have one of two different type pumps, I prefer them be a matching set and they refused. Yesterday I got the s12pro in and I hate it, it's very top heavy and I feel like it's going to flip out of my bra every time I move so I can't do anything while pumping which defeats the point of having a wearablepump, I feel like the battery dies pretty quick compared to the s12. I'm not saying I wouldn't recommend momcozy all together but if possible I would stay away from this style pump.
Love this pump I tried others and this one works best for me, good output, good storage, fairly quiet, not horribly bulky, has timer, shuts off at 30 min, not to bad to clean def not as bad as some
I have used the S12 pro wearable pumps since August. Initially, they gave me a large output. But within the last month, I've had to charge after every pump session as the battery does not stay charged.
Amazing breast pumps, i love them. So convenient and in my experience better than the ones used in hospital. I exclusively express and Would highly recommend.
I loved my first pair of S12 pros! The suction is amazing and they are quite enough for me to wear in the classroom. Unfortunately, I dropped the battery to one of my first pairs and had to order a replacement. Upon arrival, the battery would only last two sessions when fully charged. After one week it started to make a clicking sound and the suction is not as strong. I’m hoping to have it replaced soon, but have found it hard to reach someone to resolve the issue.
i really like this pump however i think there should be different flange sizes to test out to find the best fit. I think having more would help people like the product more. you could also make size options before purchasing.
