If I would have reviewed the pump as soon as I got it, I would have only given it one star. First use the containers were very difficult to put together and leaked, and the pump did not express much milk at all.
I’ve had these for almost a month now and ultimately think that there is a clear reason these are so much cheaper than other wearable pumps. The containers are still very hard to put together, though I’ve now figured out how to do so without them leaking milk during my pumping session. They produce significantly less milk than my spectra, and even though I now use this one a few times a day, it still hasn’t improved. The suction strength is far too strong to use over a level 2 or 3, which is strange because you’d think the stronger suction would make it comparable to a hospital grade pump.
I loved the product when it first arrived everything was perfect but I’ve had it for only a few weeks and I already notice one of the pumps isn’t as strong as the other. I also had the s9 pro prior to buying this one and the same thing happened. I’m not sure if it’s just me or if it’s the pumps battery
I really dislike the product. I have problem with one of them. When I put it on my breast it makes an “hising “ sound like the air is escaping. I contact the company and got left with nothing. I ask repeatedly if they can do something because I can’t use it correctly and just got evasive response. I am really disappointed and do not recommend because the after buying experience is a 0.
Not a fan! Unfortunately, this pump does not work properly. It barely pumps out any milk out of my breasts. I normally use the Freestyle by Medela (which is absolutely fantastic!) and I suspect that I might now be used to exceptionally good quality which would explain why I am not satisfied at all with my Momcozy. I strongly recommend against purchasing this pump.
I wanted to love my s12pros so much but after 4 weeks of use one of my motors died. Customer service was nice enough to replace it after I had to jump through hoops to prove to them it stopped working. Here I am 2 weeks later, and the other motor died. They’re loud, bulky, and lose suction extremely quickly. For that, I can’t love them or recommend them. Convince and price wise, they were great, but the longevity and quality of them are just not worth it if you’re someone who’s going to pump frequently.
