Mines was working good when I first bought it, I’ve had it for about a week and now the suction seems like it’s not working anymore. I went from getting 4oz to barely 1 now. I wouldn’t recommend. Too expensive for it not to last your better off getting the one from the hospital.

Feeling less restricted and can still do most things around the house. Be sure to have a proper bra or else you will feel like the pumps are going to fall out! Or even start to leak. Speaking from experience haha. Was worth the money and is making my pumping experience better. I was dreading pumping with the other one I have but we are in a new chapter! Would totally give this a try if you’re dreading the pumping or needing something new.

I bought the s12 pro in July! They started clicking a couple weeks ago, and it took over a week of emailing customer service to get new motors. Since they only email back once a day at 1am...the language back to me was always "hello dear" just so weird. My new motors should finally be here today, but they also shouldn't have broken after 3 months. When they work they work. But honestly I wish I would've invested in a more expensive wireless pump from the begging.

I have used this pump for 2 months and the power of it has faded drastically. I have emailed for a replacement as it has affected the feeding of my baby but they haven’t responded.

I have the S12 Pro and the M5 and love them both! The only con with the S12 Pro is how much noisier it is then the M5, but I love that it actually shows me how much time has gone by and how the hole where the milk pours out of is covered so I don’t have to worry about my milk spilling out when I need to bend over, where as the M5 doesn’t tell you how much time has passed and the hole for the milk to pour out is not covered. I also think that I tend to get more milk out of my S12 Pro which makes me happy!

This is the second round of S12 pros i’ve bought and the motors do not work. The first round one won’t even turn on and now the second round the suction doesn’t work at all. Very disappointed especially with the cost of these pumps.

I love the fact that I can still pump and take care of my infant. It’s hands free and easy to use/ set up. It’s been very helpful these first few days of parenthood ! Would recommend to everyone who is need of a hands free pump !
