The first pump I got had issues. Momcozy replaced it. The second one started good but then after 2-3 weeks the suction decreases. Even if you have it at 9, the highest setting, it is not great suction. With other pumps I produce 2-4 oz each breast every time I pump. With this one i produce .5-1 oz. Do not buy!!!

I had my baby on October 31, 2023 and I started using this pump a few days later (early November). It worked fine at first and it is now only November 20, 2023 and one of the motors is so weak it barely pumps the milk out. I have to alternate the strong motor to pump so it’s like I only have a single pump. Very disappointed in the quality of this pump. Will not be recommending this brand to family and friends.

I found the pump to be very painful even on the lowest setting, plus it doesn’t stay in place because of the poor design on the s12 motor on top of the collection container, it just doesn’t fit nicely inside of my bra. It requires constant readjustment, defeating the whole “hands free” aspect.

It sometimes loses suction and it sounds like air seeping out the front of the motor. Not sure what’s causing it yet. Other than that it has been great.

The pumps themselves work great. I used the for 3 months and then one pump quit pumping. We have been trying to get ahold of momcozy with no success. If you don’t mind no quality control they are great. They say they will get back to you with in 48 hours but we haven’t been able to get a response from them.

The S12 is loud. I do not like that it does not get enough milk out compare to my spectra

At first I loved this pump and would take it with me everywhere, as it was my main pump for work. After about a month of using it, the motor/suction has decreased and does not work as well. I have noticed my milk supply decreased from this issue as well. I usually do not write reviews but because I have reached out to costumer support and have heard nothing, I feel it is necessary. Very disappointed.
