One of my pumps came and wouldn't turn on but customer service was great and got a replacement shipped out quickly. The pump itself is comfortable and allows me to multitask. Make sure to assemble correctly and make sure there's a tight seal or all the milk will leak out. The battery life is fair, enough to get a 3-4 sessions in. Overall it's really nice for convenience. I do think my other pump thats not hands free is more efficient but I just leave the mom cozy on a little longer.

I want to love this pump because it’s hands free, but my nipples hurt so bad after using it. I’m using lubricant and I’ve checked the flange size and nothing helps. Every once in a while, I’ll get really good output but it’s hit or miss. There is also a hissing noice sometimes when using it like there is a leak somewhere but I can’t figure it out.

I was so excited for the pump to arrive, however I have not had a great experience with it. Every time I use it, it makes my nipples extremely sore. I have tried with the inserts, without the inserts and different settings but have no luck.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! :)

Pump is convenient when you’re multitasking, but I don’t feel like it gets the clogged milk duds out completely.

It was so loud and I did not get nearly the output I do with other pumps I own. There were so many parts to clean. Tried to give it a shot but disappointed and sad, off to sit in the closet it goes.
