This chef grade tool has made me love baking again! Favorite kitchen purchase ever. Favorite bread so far: Einkorn flour recipe from jovial foods. They have a bread machine recipe for this and the zojirushi has customizable settings….helpful when using specialty flours like einkorn.

so far so good! I have paired the bread maker with some locally sourced milled flour and aided with an AI tool to perfect the recipe. we have completed the baking in the bread maker as well as in the oven and like it all!

This is my first bread maker. I have made two loaves and one pizza dough ball. All were easy and came out well. I do wish the crust settings could be used with ALL the preset modes. I’m still quite impressed!!

Watched Americas test kitchen YouTube videos to select and a few other chef reviews. I like that it looks closest to a bread loaf you could buy, fits nicely in a toaster. It comes with a really nice 8x10 recipe book with colorful pics and easy to follow instructions. So far it’s worth the investment to know exactly what’s in my bread, we wanted to get away from shelf stabilizers and preservatives and make our own bread but that’s too labor intensive for busy family life.
