This is a lovely Bread Machine

I’ve had my bread machine for 3+ years. I feel so blessed to have it. I grind all my grains from Einkorn to Red wheat. One of my specialties is Honey Whole Wheat made with my preset Memory 2 Dough cycle

We love it. Still working on how to program for other bread recipes but that is part of the fun, learning something new.
Easy clean and we use it twice a week so we never store it.
Can't compare to other bread makers as this is my first, but so far so good.

Perfect Bread using cup measure of flour not gm

Perfect machine producing perfect bread. Zojirushi produces perfect bread by their recipes Zojirushi Virtuosos Plus: Perfect Bread only if using cups with their measuring cup, not their listed gm of flour in their recipes.If you use the gm listed in their accompanying booklet it will not be perfect. Zojirushi has miscalculated the weight of bread flour and reproduced that grievous error in their recipe book, ruining all bread made with gm per their recipes. Each bread flour co. has listed weights of their bread flour per 1/4 cup. White Lilly is 30 gm per 1/4 cup. King Arthur is 31 gm per 1/4 cup. Zojirushi has miscalculated by 8.435 which will make all breads made with gm as measure heavy and dense, misshapen and not good. But, the machine is better than perfect. You will love this machine and use it constantly.You can adapt recipes from elsewhere by calculating the liquid to flour ratio in recipes that work in the Zojirushi booklet and then utilizing that ratio of water/liquid to flour in the additional recipes.
