[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is very nice quality and consistently makes a loaf of bread that is large. The instructions are easy to follow. This is a way to eat healthier by putting you in control of the ingredients. I use organic ingredients whenever possible and there are no added chemicals that the store brands sell.
