Yes, your machine is the best. I will never buy another loaf of bread again! I mill my own wheat and the Honey Wheat Loaf is amazing. Even my granddaughters love it.

This is our second Zojirushi. We owned a few other brands, but nothing works as well. Our old one still worked very well, so we passed it along, but we needed the gluten-free cycle that is only on this model.

I have made 2 breads (one sourdough), pizza dough and King Arthur chocolate babka mix. The unit works as well as my previous bread maker of 10 years. I was not sure that I would be able to make a 1 1/2 lb. bread (my standard recipe) but it did work fine. The other items also all came out fine. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The only small thing is that it appears that the alert sound for adding additional ingredients cannot be turned off without also turning off the end off cycle.

From grinding to pressing start takes me 5 minutes - and an hour and a half later I have a perfect loaf of bread!
