[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great scissors to keep around the house. I've used them any time I needed scissors for something and they have served me well. They are sharp and have held up to plastic blister packaging, boxes, paper, you name it, with no issues. I have pretty big hands and can use them comfortably.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great everyday scissors for office, school, and light craft work. I am able to cut thin fabric, polar fleece, paper, aluminum foil, and thin cardboard and they are just as sharp as when I first bought them.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Westcott scissors are my go to scissors!! I have three sets for a variety of materials and I needed a pair for in the house.. the all purpose are the best fit for the kitchen drawer as they can cut most anything! From paper to plastics.. or even that nasty shipping tape.. they have quickly become the most popular pair of scissors in the house (and I need to go find them in my children's room most of the time).
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Wescott 8" scissors are great scissors. They are very sharp and precise. The cut very well. The tips of these scissors are sharp so you can do detailed and small cuts. I replaced my old scissors with these.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These all purpose scissors have worked great for me in the classroom. As a teacher I need a good pair of scissors and Westcott is a great brand. I use them daily for cutting out what I need for my classroom.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these scissors. They are easy to handle, and will cut through paper very easily. I use them at work, and they have come in handy when my students needed to cut something. Overall, I would recommend them.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using these scissors for a couple of weeks now and I have a couple of cons. The first con is the points are round off. I like the sharp points on the tips of my scissors. Secondly, they are a little tight when opening and closing them. The pros: They are very sharp and cut through the paper and material and they are well made. I make T-shirt Iron-on transfers and I need sharp scissors to cut off excess paper on the transfers and they give me a clean cut. Secondly, the finger and thumb grips are comfortable and loose fitting, unlike some scissors that I get my thumb stuck in. I am getting used to the rounded tips and I would definitely recommend. They are well made and built to last a long time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These scissors are sharp and glide smoothly to open and close. I was opening boxes, after a big move, and the individual blades cut easily through the packing tape making my job much easier. These are great scissors for a variety of uses.
