Mostly find the trash can to be great. Only issues we find is hard to put garbage bags into can, especially trying to hold up the bag lock under lid. Also, can tends to slide on hard surface floors when mostly empty. Might be a good idea to add some rubber anti-skid pads to bottom.

Bought it for my son for his first apartment. Color wasn't as nice as I thought it would be. Got the "silver", but it was dingy. And, there was a very loud snap whenever you would open and close it. But, my son stuffed cardboard near the hinges which helps lessen the noise. Would have returned, but too busy to be bothered. The only good thing was the price.

I really like the looks of the can and it appears to be made well. I don't like how difficult it is to get the bag in and out. The plastic ring that holds the bag in place doesn't come off all the way, so you have to hold up the lid and the ring to get to replace the bag. It's a minor complaint, but I would like it much better if the lid and ring were removable.

The opening mechanism works very well. The overall build of the can is sturdy. It’s a little tricky to get the bags slipped around the top edge, so that’s why the 4 stars; but maybe that helps them stay put.
