Won't sink nails

Nails won't sink past material surface depth. Thus the tool is useless and will be returned

Hello -
We're sorry to hear that your nail gun isn't fully driving nails into the material. This could result from inadequate air supply or a blocked exhaust port in the the cylinder head. Also be sure the contact safety tip is fully depressed against the surface before firing.
We'll follow up with you by email with additional help. If your nailer is defective, we can replace it under the warranty.

Nice little nailer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great little nailer. It works as expected and is smaller than expected. This works wonders for woodworking projects where you don't want to see a larger nail.
