[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this laptop for a while now, and I must say, it has some outstanding features. The battery life is exceptional, lasting through long workdays without needing a recharge. Performance is great for office work and it’s compatible with almost all applications. However, it’s worth noting that a few Adobe products are still not available on ARM.
The display is beautiful, offering vibrant colors and sharp details, and the bright backlit keyboard makes typing in low light a breeze. The camera’s facial recognition is impressive, accurately detecting my face on the first try every time.
The only downside I’ve encountered is the lack of drivers for MFP printers. This means you have to use a generic driver, which only allows basic printing without the advanced features of the MFP. However, this seems to be an issue with the printer manufacturers rather than the laptop itself.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with this laptop and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable and high-performing device for office work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful laptop, thin, light, great performance and battery life combination. There are a few annoyances because of Snapdragon (printer drivers for instance), but nothing insurmountable. Unless you need gaming or video editing (which laptop is NOT a good fit for), I would highly recommend for professionals, students or anyone else who need a great laptop. Build quality is exceptional for the price too. I read about touchpad issues in reviews but I haven't run into anything materials (note that I tap to click and do not use click on touch pads).

It is light and well made.It does occasionally require a full reboot because the camera locks up and there seems to be a few minor Windows Qualcomm incompatibilities. For productivity use most software is available and working. The finish is disappointing because scratches appear very easily.

Creaking on the right side by the camera switch whenever you lift it. Creaking noise by the left side, can't identify where exactly. Other than that no issues so far. 4.8 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to get a Snapdragon PC because I wasn’t sure that all the apps I needed would run smoothly. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. Everything works fine. Even my HP printer, which does not have a model-specific ARM driver, works fine. In fact, it plays better with the Snapdragon chip than with my old Intel PC. The hardware is great. It only has USB-C ports but you can get A to C adapters dirt cheap that get the job done. The screen is gorgeous. Keyboards are all about personal preferences. This one does not have a tacky feel. It’s on the slick side. It also has more travel than most ultrabooks and the keys are a little tighter so it has a good tactile component in my opinion. You feel the keyboard, which I prefer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I'm impressed with the computer, but there is one GLARING problem with it. They should never have put the power button on the side of the computer. So many times now I've gone to pickup my laptop, or just move it on the table and end up turning it off. I guess there's going to be a learning curve in knowing where NOT to pick up my laptop and how to handle moving it. It would have been so much better (like most other models) to have the power button on the top. Why they put it back on the side of the keyboard is an unknown to me and a bit of buyers remorse. But it's otherwise a good feeling keyboard, bright, and a great size!
