I was very excited about this brush as I have loved every Typhur product I own. Getting started was easy and user friendly. I read through the manual to make sure I didn’t miss any details. But I found myself dissatisfied with how this product performs. It takes too long to clean a grill grate. A normal grill brush does a faster and better job. I do not recommend buying.

This worked very well to clean my grill. It was a little hard to get to the grill near the Kettle though. The devise is much larger than I expected it to be. Not entirely sure why there’s a light on it, but it’s possible it’s useful in situations that porch lighting is bad.

I love your products but this one is just too bulky and an add step that’s really not worth it. Having to have a dedicated bowl, plus the use of ice is just a bit to much. I hope you have success with this project but I couldn’t recommended to people.

Thanks for your feedback! Water is required to create steam, while ice is optional and recommended for enhanced cleaning. Water alone works as well. We’ll make this clearer on our website.
