The sound quality is perfect with great bass from such a small speaker.

Good sound quality but glitchy system

We have it in our surf shop, with the intention of having our music reach the different rooms of the shop, and out the front. When it's all set and working as it should its a great system. We have 5 speakers, and the Sonos app installed in 3 of the staff's phones. The different phones controlling the music seems to be the main issue. Each phone was installed with the app and the speakers the same. We use the same Spotify account. Each day we have a guessing game as to which speaker is recognized and which ones have disappeared from the app. Trying to re-install the speakers to the app is a big challenge. Sometimes a speaker will appear on one phone but not the other. Sometimes a speaker will simply stop playing while the others continue. Overall a quite frustrating experience for me and the other staff in the shop.
Pros: Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use, Unreliable

If you get confused call customer service it's excellent. I managed to wirelessly connect a very old speaker I had to my brand new SL one very easily.
Pros: Expandable, Superior Sound, Wireless

Using this product outside in my pergola in tandem with a Sonos Ray sound bar. It sounds amazing! And the sound bar mount was super intuitive to setup. Everything looks and sounds so sweet!

Great sound. Poor integration with Spotify

Happy with the quality of the sound. I like to control the sound in different rooms of the house. Integration with Spotify is poor. Unable to navigate to Spotify Liked list. When trying to change playlist or trying to change song you often get the message 'cannot replace queue'. This is a limitation as I mainly use Spotify for my music and I was relying on being able to use it as per review and product description
