A must have addition to the Sonos Arc

I added two Sonos One SL surround speakers to my Sonos Arc and Gen 2 setup. I can't explain the level of improvement in bothe surround sound while watching movies and the sound quality of streaming music. I'm so happy with this purchase! The sound is superb, crisp and clear and actually louder than expected, especially while listening to music. If you have the Arc soundbar, this is a must for true surround and worth every penny.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless

Great sound in a small package.

Easy to set up, and quality sound in small speakers. Only question is reliability of Sonos 2, compared to Sonos 1 which was less than 100% reliable.

Fabulous sound

Former Bose 901 owner. These sound every bit as good if not better. I hear notes/instruments on famiiar songs previously unheard by me. I just ordered my 4th One SL.
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Free Control Options, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless

Connectivity issues continue

Got 4 One SL speakers. Sound quality is impressive for the size of the speaker. I have one speaker that continues to be undetectable and not on the system, despite 4 or 5 resets. Each time, I can get it back on and working. However, it becomes undetected the next day. Router fine with good signal strength where it is at. A bit frustrating now.

Literally impossible to set up

After being backordered for a month, my pair of One SLs finally arrived - and were literally impossible to set up. They couldn't connect to my wifi, which led to an hourlong support chat and an unsuccessful attempt to change advanced settings on my router that *still* didn't resolve the issue. When they suggested I contact my internet provider to make them change those settings on their end, I finally bailed. The idea of spending this much money on a speaker that's user-unfriendly by design is ridiculous and I don't suggest you make the same mistake I did. Go with a company that's less concerned with an air of exclusivity instead.
Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use

Great sound but the app isn't great

Big sound. Big bass. Love that. However, I got rid of a Bose set because the app seemed unreliable but this app has proven to be worse. If we loose wifi, I have to redo the whole initial setup. Also pretty aggravating that I can't stream via Bluetooth but MUST have the app to use. I'd not buy again. I have 2 ones and the Five. Big regrets.

This thing isn't easy to set up.

This product might be the most unreliable to stay connected to the internet. I've had to reconnect it 4 times within the first hour of me opening it. I'm a computer engineer and I had great difficulties. I can't imagine a 30-60 year old being able to get this thing connected.
