Great sound quality and easy set up

I purchased two One SL speakers for my apartment (~800 sq ft 1 bedroom) b/c I wanted the flexibility to move a speaker from the main living space to the back of the apartment. The set up was easy, the app is easy to use and sound quality is great. I have zero complaints!
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless

Would not connect/Support unhelpful

The Sonos One SL products that I purchased wouldn't connect to the Wi-Fi or Ethernet during the setup process. I purchased these with the Roam SL for my business and it was a mistake. The sales rep was nice and it seemed like customer support would be helpful after purchasing the products. Unfortunately, I was wrong and am returning the products,

Terrible. Bought 2 Sonos One SL. Neither can connect to wifi

Awful, waste of time. Unit refuses to connect. Spent an hour on the phone with customer support who were rude and unhelpful. Returned the unit to buy another one and faced same issue where it couldn't connect. I have no issues setting up any other devices. Sorry, I'm done with Sonos.
Cons: Difficult Setup, Unreliable

I love these speakers!

i have the same music playing on both speakers so that as I move about the house, the sound is continuous. It took me a while to understand how Sonos works, but now I'm enjoying it. The sounds quality is excellent! Sonos radio has advertisements, so I tend not to use that.

Like all other Sonos product, this the One SL is no exception. - build quality is great - sounds great (P.S. I am not an audiophile :D) - setup was a breeze - very good integration with other Sonos products

The surround sound makes a huge difference!

Love the auto-adjust between music and TV. Music sounds fully encompassing and automatically changes settings for TV and movie watching!
